Nails Off!
It's Saturday, May 30, 2015. Time to get my acrylic nails and toenail polish removed before surgery. See us later, little guys. We'll meet again soon when I get a brand new, fresh set! Surgery is on Monday, June 1, 2015. Let's do this.

Lumpectomy Progression
On April 29, 2015, I had my first surgery - an outpatient surgical biopsy of the lump that I found in my left breast. A lumpectomy. I took photos immediately after surgery (May 1, 2015), as my bruising progressed the following week (May 3, 2015), and then after my steri-strips were removed (May 8, 2015). My surgeon did a wonderful job with the incision. I hated to have to mess up his work! I'm fully convinced that I wouldn't even notice the scar if I still had it today.
